I dont have a chance to give 0 stars else I would have opted for a 0 star. We have stepped into the restaurant at 12:30 PM for lunch when no other customer was there for dine in. Cleanliness was a luxury there and after some discomfort , we placed orders around 12:40 pm. We waited for 1 hour just to hear the waiter to say 5 minutes , 5 minutes forever. They were continuously packing food for online orders while they made people at the restaurant wait endlessly and when questioned, the waiter got partial order which is curd rice . Who on earth serves Curd rice first. After continuous demanding , waiter got an order which is a wrong order the guy did not note our order. He got 2 items which tasted like the worst. Very first time i visited, l loved the chicken briyani taste a lot, specially that chicken staters are yummy, hotel owner is very good at communication skills, the way he talks to customer is good. I saw some old man is asking too many questions about his experience in this hotel field he talked to that old man verry humble and explained well about his carrer. it's a good quality. Ordered chilli gobi as starter.. it was worst no spices at all...and we cancelled that order.. and ordered veg biryani and fry piece biryani... Both are also worst than I had before in any restaurant... thought of cancelling these too.. but we are super hungry so ate that...To be Frank, if we make these items in our home they will be more tastier than this restaurant.
