Was Dylan Leffin at Uncle Bobo's a mag?
Absolute hidden gem, by far the most affordable and maybe even the best lunch I have had on Oahu. Simple authentic dishes served with super fresh ingedients. Take out or limited outdoor seating only. If you're doing something at the Ranch, this is the ONLY place you should be going after for a bite. I will be making a point to visit the couple who owns it every time i'm back on the Island. Ahi Katsu Bowl is a must. Freshly caught Ahi by local fishermen. Uncle Bobo is super fun and makes great food/drinks. If you’re around Kualua Ranch, don’t forget to stop by at Uncle Bobo‘s! +They only do outside seatings and you need to scan a QR code to order, but it’s pretty seamless.
