Came here for the first time while visiting family and I had a good experience. We came the day after Thanksgiving so maybe folks were sleeping or shopping so the wait was nonexistent. I ordered the Grande Iced Sugar Cookie Almondmilk Latte. I love this drink but wished they added the sprinkles on top of the drink. View all feedback.
What Faith d doesn't like about Starbucks:
I was completely dissatisfied with my experience here, first off the line was very long and it took about 10 mins to get through the line, and then we had pulled up to pay and it took them a bit to actually give us the drinks which keep in mind we only got 2 venti drinks. Staff is always cordial, and the place is always busy, but I've never experienced a long holdup, and I usually order for four via their app. They're great!
They do not honor store hours. Really annoying when you try to rush there before they close (11pm) you get there at 10:56. And all they tell you is sorry were closed. (there were 2 cars ahead of me waiting for there order

Barista threw my change at me instead of giving it to me properly. I understand that working this business is a pain but it has to be a new attitude with a new customer I know because I work in this kind of business and I don't let the past customers dictate my attitude with the coming customers. I've been going to this Starbucks and never had this happen to me. No one should have money thrown at them. Absolutely ridiculous.
Great place to go. I’m a regular here. Only problem I had though was that I’m lactose intolerant and I order soy/almond milk and my drink was regular milk and I had an upset stomach most of the day. So I’d just say baristas should watch out for that. Other than that this place is great.
