I Normally never have a problem when I come here but i came in today in Karen j messed up my order in I let Karen j know in she Was very rude in nasty about it also she did not even offer to fix it are anything I’m very disappointed with the service that I received today from her love this location but her service makes me wanna go to a different location ! She need to be retrained this was unacceptable .

This Sharetea is the best one out there! The service is fast and friendly, the store is neat and clean. The drinks are always prepared spot on and their boba is the perfect texture!

Location great inside the outdoor shopping plaza. The drinks were delicious. Got the Okinawa pearl milk tea hot it was creamy warm and perfect sweetness of 80%. The girl working on Saturday she was so sweet and made our drinks perfect! Excellent customer service. Will return.

Very disappointed with crew at 2:20 on monday the 6th. I called at least 5 times after placing my order online trying to remove the crystal boba since I was unable to do so through the online service. I go to get my drink and call again to see if the phone even works. The two boys are completely unbothered by the ringing phone. Why have a phone if you're not gonna answer it ?... anyways ruined my drink and wasted my money.

I wish their were no stars. How are you a food and or drink establishment in California with no restroom for customers and route then to go to subway. Shame shame shame. No restroom for customers is a sanitation
