Carl's Jr. - Jurupa Valley

I’m not a fan of all Carl's Jr. locations, but this one is excellent! The service was quick, the food was served hot, and the woman at the drive-thru was cheerful and friendly.

I ordered the sirloin combo and unfortunately felt sick to my stomach the next day. The cashier was quite unfriendly and indifferent—if she's unhappy in her job, maybe she should consider leaving. I always feel let down when I try places I don't frequent often. The only thing I enjoyed were the fries, which were good.

I left a two star only for the fresh fries. The order was a number 3 and a kids chicken star 6 pc. The kids drink lid was halfway on spilled on my leg- I was okay with everything at that point until I taste the coke that was out of syrup, lol. Tooka bite into stale onion ring in western bacon cheese sandwich. My kid usually loves the chicken stars but wouldn?t eat them so Itried one to find those are also stale. I honestly wouldn?t take the time to leave a salty review like this but Carl?s Jr. isnot a cheap fast food spot and we spent 20$ only to have a sub par experience.

I ordered a Beef Taco Salad, a crunchy taco, a Double Western Bacon Cheeseburger, criss-cut fries, and a Dr. Pepper. However, my salad was missing all the key components! There was no guacamole or sour cream, just a lot of beans and a bit of taco meat. I go there almost every other Friday for the salad, and I was really disappointed this time. The lady who took my order didn’t seem very happy either. I don’t usually complain, but I was so let down when I got home. The whole experience was disappointing, and it definitely wasn’t a salad like it usually is. I still have my receipt, so I think I’ll go back and let them know about this. Totally let down!

The hamburgers are very good what I didn't like is the attitude of the girl who attended me today she is a girl who gives terrible customer service if she doesn't like the job she should quit
