This neighborhood Italian restaurant offers a great dining experience. The Parmigiano veal is highly recommended, and the prices are very reasonable. The staff is personable and accommodating, making for a pleasant dining experience. Some negative reviews mention issues with food temperature and service, as well as political decor that may not appeal to all customers. However, overall, the atmosphere is fun and welcoming, with live music and a friendly staff. The food is described as delicious, with generous portions, and the restaurant is praised for its entertainment and Italian cuisine. It is recommended as a great spot for mature families and a fun place to enjoy a night out with friends. It seems this restaurant has something for everyone, making it a wonderful dining destination in the area.

Was Michael Schuett at Uncle Eddie's a mag?
The food was great, but they have a huge shrine to Trump as soon as you walk into the restaurant. I am not going out to dine to be bombarded with political propaganda. We get enough of that on the news. I also find it curious that they obviously only want Trumpers visiting their establishment, since most Dems I know would not step foot into a place with such a shrine. I will probably go back, but they need to be less... View all feedback.
What Marie Lisa dislikes about Uncle Eddie's:
It’s a fun place for listening to music and couple dancing. Owner is very nice. Food is fair and the service was terrible but we may of just hit a bad night. Would go back for drinks and entertainment View all feedback.
It had been a while since I last visited this restaurant. I was looking for a cozy spot to hang out with friends for the evening. It reminded me of Via Veneto... and it definitely lived up to expectations! The atmosphere was cool and comfortable, and the food was delicious. We will definitely be returning!
Great food and service. Very friendly staff and very accommodating for our two children. We all ate until we were full and went into our pockets with two more meals worth of food. Great neighborhood restaurant and good Italian food. I would recommend the Calimari as a starter who can keep up with the best that Chicago has to offer. We will come back 10 out of 10 experiences! ????????
This is a lovely old world Italian restaurant that reminds of another time. It was a snowy day and the restaurant wasn't crowded for lunch, but the food was great. The bread was fresh and delicious. The homemade minestrone was light and fragrant. The shrimp were excellent. It was my girlfriend's birthday, and our waiter brought a delicious dessert with a message in chocolate on his own initiative. We will come back in any case.
Authentic old school . Great service great chill energy. Live music taking you back to when life was just simpler . Food was as it should be and yes i am the guy who picks from everyones plate to taste everything. I Recommend it .
