Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Jupiter

This is the absolute best place to eat. I work close by and go in everyday for lunch and I absolutely love it! Everyone is nice and happy and really helpful! If I could give 10 stars I would!

I am extremely disappointed in this establishment. Today I ordered a smoothie and a quesadilla and when I received the order it was not the correct smoothie. I called and spoke to Cindy and she was kind and offered to make me a new one and I could pick itup after work. Well I went back to my office and went to eat my quesadilla and again that was WRONG. I called and spoke to Cindyagain and she said she would remake the whole order, I even told her I would bring everything back to show I was being truthful.She said it would be ready by 3:30. Well I went back at 3:35 after I got out of work and no order was ready. I was not mad atCindy for this but the two men who were working told me they could ONLY remake my smoothie since they were new and did not knowhow to make food. Well for me, that is unacceptable. If you are going to have staff on shift (and the restaurant was packed) atthis exact moment, they SHOULD be able to know how to make food not just smoothies. I asked for a manager and was told he wouldbe in the establishment within the next twenty minutes. Well, I am sorry but that did not work for me as I had a class to get towithin the next fifteen minutes. So here I am out of $20 from the smoothie and quesadilla I ordered and never received thecorrect or full order. I am asking a manager at this establishment to reach out and provide a refund as I did not receiveeverything I paid for and I even brought back the incorrect items to show. This entire experience has me telling my entireemployment what happened so they are not to order from here moving forward and we literally order from there very frequently.Again I am not mad at the original person I spoke with because she was kind enough to offer to remake it but I am more upsetwith the fact that you have two new employees working alone with no supervision or how to make food when your establishment waspacked with customers along with a customer expecting to get what was promised to her. I am looking

This place is literally the best! If your in the neighborhood and want to try a healthier option for breakfast lunch or dinner give them a try you won’t be disappointed. The cashier was so nice and helpful. And I was very surprised how fast my order was ready! I even talked to the manager who was also great i told them what a great job the girl who helped me was doing. I also see they were renovated recently it looks so good in here now like wow! The restaurant was so clean and everything was just laid out so perfect. The restroom was very clean as well which was surprising considering the amount of people that were there. Overall all the employees were some of the nicest I’ve come across and seemed to genuinely care about you and making your order perfect. I would definitely recommend this place to any and all. The Bahama mama they recommended for me was awesome and the chicken bacon ranch was excellent. The price is a great value as they told me I can upgrade to a combo. Thank you tropical smoothie for the awesome experience and I will be back!!

Go to this place at your peril. How can you quickly bleed so badly? At first was a push for a tip, then my smoothness came out and they had only straws that were shorter than the cup and finally I am eating in my car and the food quality was scary and I can even finish it. Just go to another place. It will be worth the ride, even at these prices.

Breanna the new general manager is absolutely incredible! Not only did she provide me with the best customer service i've had in years, but also took the time to ensure I was satisfied and that my order was correct. I will definitely be back thanks to the amazing experience she gave me!
