The staff members working there were extremely helpful and even brought our beers to our table while we waited for our food. Our tacos were served a few minutes later and they were outstanding! Packed with delicious meat and toppings that were full of crunchy and flavorful! We are big fans of Tijuana Flats and especially love this particular location!

A supervisor named Danny reached out to me quickly and was very apologetic and courteous and listened to my complaint. He was understanding of the situation and made sure I knew he appreciated his customers during these rough times. Now that's what I call customer service! You guys are doing a wonderful job! I will continue to be a loyal customer at this location! Excellent steak burritos too!
