We utilized the event space upstairs, and her friendly and professional demeanor made our experience truly enjoyable. We highly recommend this place! #weddingnerd

The waitress seemed q... read more Once seated, we found that everything took an unusually long time to arrive. We got there around 8:30 PM and ended up leaving at 10:00 PM. The waitress seemed quite out of sorts; she couldn't keep track of our orders, and some items were incorrectly delivered. The food wasn't worth the wait, coming to us cold and unappetizing. While the portions were filling, the prices were outrageous—over $80 for a burger, mozzarella sticks, tater tots, and a quesadilla? After we finished eating, we quickly asked for the check and left as soon as we could. I would not recommend this place.

We waited approximately 20 minutes before we were even questioned as to what drinks we wanted. Full disclosure,apparently the waitress that was supposed to serve us, saw us, thought we were taken care of, and then just ignored us. That'swhen Taylor Jay stepped in to serve the table. There was an event nearby and that was given as the reason for the sketchyservice. However, I don't see that as an excuse. It basically says that we are ill equipped to service our clientele in the hightraffic area we inhabit. Taylor Jay was very attentive and after our drinks were brought out she took our appetizer and maincourse orders. A significant amount of time later, our main course came about 6 to 7 minutes apart from our appetizer. We stayedat the beginning because our goal was to enjoy the beautiful day outside and we had all the time in the world to wait. I don'tthink on a regular day out to get food, would we have stayed after not being acknowledged. The food was also bland. This is oursecond visit, and we felt the same way about the food the first time. However, I don't recall the service being slow then.

The fries were burnt, and the burger tasted like it was pre-made and previously frozen. I was not impressed at all.

The onion ring sauce was amazing. The pasta sauce was rich, thick, and full of flavor. The dishes arrived piping hot with generous portions—definitely worth it.... read more The onion ring sauce was amazing. The pasta sauce was rich, thick, and full of flavor. The dishes arrived piping hot with generous portions—definitely worth it. The chicken was a bit dry, but my main focus was the pasta. Tried the Pasta Abacoa and Blackened Chicken Alfredo with the Onion Ring Tower.
