The owner has n... read more I had Pho all in at least 8 states and overseas. Colorado having some of the best. I gave this place a try and it is the Taco Bell of Pho Bowls. The owner has no personality and gives you snub look when you ask anything and is very short. Always have towait even if I call it in. The pho is water down with no flavor. I had high hopes but I am done. It was really horrible thistime.

My husband chose the Rice Plate with Korean BBQ short ribs, served with white rice and an egg cooked to his liking—he opted for a hard fried egg—alongside a light salad and a sweet sauce. The meal was excellent, and there was more than enough food for a reasonable price. We also enjoyed brown sugar boba and got two waters, bringing our total to $45.00. My husband has a hearty appetite, and even he was stuffed!

However, I would have liked to see more bean sprouts; unless they are particularly costly in this area, I believe everyone would enjoy a good portion of them. Regarding the prices, I can't really comment since I'm not the one purchasing the ingredients.
