Hello, I have never purchased an item from your establishment. However upon seeing the owner on Baking Impossible I became curious. After reading several reviews my curiosity has left the room. I was really disappointed to read the establishment responses to the negative reviews.Not once did the bakery take ownership of the problem…but instead redirected problem on to the client. I ordered my husband's birthday cake from Nina this year and was so happy and impressed by not only the cake but her customer service. In the past, the cakes have gone unleashed with most of our adult parties. Every bite was eaten this year. It was a carrot cake and it was so good. We ordered cakes from everywhere and never was impressed. In the future we will definitely order from Nina again.
Everything about Nina’s was amazing yesterday! I picked up 12 mini cupcakes so I can taste many flavors and 6 large cupcakes! The price is unbeatable in a store front from scratch bakery! LEVI made my day! He’s so witty and charming and an absolute delight to myself and the sweet couple that came in to purchase their wedding cake! It’s not very often I say “ I’ll be back many times over” but I will and also tried a pastry with cream cheese baked into it! It was delicious! They have seating inside and outside. My family devoured the cupcakes and my favorite was the German Chocolate! They are doing a fantastic job here! I love this cozy spot for dessert! Oh and everything was so fresh. Not like some that serve cupcakes that should of been thrown out a week ago ?

The cupcakes here used to be SO delicious, moist cake and light, fluffy icing. I drove from Hobe sound anticipating these cupcakes only to find that the cake was dry, and the icing dense, overpowering and not flavorful and light as they once were. They tasted stale, what a disappointment
