I had a frustrating experience with a recent order for some friends. I accidentally received the wrong order and made the long drive to Jupiter to fix it. When I finally got the correct order, the staff member informed me that I needed to speak to the manager. As a nurse who had been working since 5:00 AM, I was already exhausted.
