I ordered a built-in Artisan grill from Jupiter Grill Center. After picking it up, I ended up leaving it in my garage, still in the box, for seven months. When I finally set out to build my outdoor kitchen and opened the box, I discovered that the bottom of the grill was badly damaged. I reached out to Artisan, but they said it was too late for them to assist. However, the owner of Jupiter Grill Center took the initiative to cover the $160 expense for the part needed to repair the grill, without me even asking.
The menu was excellent, the customer service was top-notch, and the food was outstanding.
They will rip you off. Sold my wife an unnecessary propane tank when she tried to refill ours. Gave a fake scare story. Charged twice the going rate for tanks. Stay away!
