This is one of the best places to experience authentic Chinese cuisine in Jupiter, FL. The restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes. Even if you are not a fan of Chinese food, you should not miss the opportunity to try their simple yet delicious dishes. I tried some chicken dishes and they were all consistently good. One common complaint about Chinese food is that the flavors can be monotonous, but that is not true at China Star. The taste buds will gradually learn to appreciate and distinguish the various flavors. China Star offers a great selection of dishes at a very affordable price. They also have a lunch menu available Monday to Saturday until 2 pm, with all main dishes served with a side of rice. I thoroughly enjoyed my dining experience at China Star.
I’ve been a customer for 10 years or more. They Must have new owners. The food was beyond horrible. I threw it in the garbage. Service was great. But I’ll never go back or suggest China Star. I feel bad giving a bad review but honestly it was not worth driving.
I got pork fried rice, boneless ribs, egg roll, and wonton soup. The rice had no flavor, overall just really plain. The meat was good until a few pieces in, then it became very tough (almost burnt). The egg roll no flavor as well I’ve never had such a bland egg roll. And then there leaves the soup which was also not seasoned. I don’t understand if they don’t season the food on purpose or it just wasn’t their day. I don’t know what it is, but I’ll stick to China wok better quality for a better price. That’s why you don’t try new places. So uh yea it’s a no for me!
