Se... read more Made reservations for last Sunday around noon. It was to be an enjoyable time for my wife on her Birthday. Hostess was wonderful. Very pleasant and engaging. Server was not. He was very low energy, not personable/engaging. He took our drink order and after waiting 20 minutes for drinks we left. The place was not busy and we felt abandoned.

Our se... read more Had a great dining experience, we started a bit early because we were headed to a baseball game nearby afterwards so we got there not long after opening. Our server was wonderful and answered all of our questions and had some nice recommendations for us. A few of us choose some old fashions from the cocktail menu and were very pleased with our libations of choice. Everyone had a few different items and shared some of them so we had an opportunity to try a number of things. Everything was delicious. I especially liked the salmon dish as well as an impossible burger slider, and some really nice brussels sprouts. An overall wonderful dining experience, definitely will be back.

We also faced a disappointment with our entrée choices, as they were out of both options we picked. As a result, we ended up spending less money and settling for burgers. While they were delicious, that wasn’t the experience we were looking for. Management needs to ensure they stock more food items, as it was disappointing to find so many things unavailable, especially during the early evening.

Eventually, the two... read more We ordered poutine and a wedge salad for our appetizers. For our main courses, my husband chose the special burger, while I ordered mussels. Eventually, the two appetizers and my husband’s burger arrived all at once, which was disappointing, and my mussels were still missing. After waiting another 20 minutes with no sign of them, I asked our server about my order, and she said she would check on it. Unfortunately, the mussels never arrived, and after being there for over an hour, we decided to leave, so we asked her to cancel the order. Throughout this experience, it seemed there was no manager present, and nobody prioritized service or pacing. Our server also appeared to have an attitude, offering no explanation or effort to rectify the situation. It’s truly unfortunate because the food itself was quite good. However, we dine out too infrequently to tolerate such poor service again, especially with so many other excellent options nearby. I hope they can resolve these issues through better management support and improved staff training.

The menu featured a delightful variety of dishes, all beautifully presented and expertly prepared. The staff was attentive and friendly without being overbearing, and we received numerous compliments from our friends and family. I highly recommend this restaurant!
