I don’t often leave reviews but this place really left my heart and stomach with happiness and comfort!!! As soon as I entered the restaurant, I was greeted with cheerful joy and the best customer service! The manager Tia was very knowledgeable and friendly and took great care to the needs of myself and my children as we had so many questions from the amazing menu. Our meals were prepared so quickly fit into my busy... View all feedback.
What Alejandra O doesn't like about 3natives:
I waited for 30 minutes for a pickup order, only for them to tell me that one of my items was not available at that location. I asked the young girls what zip code they were in, and NONE of them knew. They asked for my order name 20 times, only to realize after 30 minutes that the item wasn't there, and that I needed to contact customer service ONLINE. I asked if they had a number to contact. NOPE. I asked if I could... View all feedback.
I love 3 natives!!! The workers are always amazing and the restaurant is always so clean with the best vibes!
Honestly so disappointed in todays 3 natives. I go here every time I’m in town and today they were so slow and the açaí I got was fully melted.
I want to first clarify this review is for this specific location, not the company overall. Generally, my experiences at 3 Natives are positive ones. This location is a disaster. I continue to go there out of sheer convenience, but I am constantly disappointed. First, I start with the atmosphere. Every time I go in there tables are not bussed, the music is low and it’s just a weird vibe. Second, it’s severely understaffed leading to long lines and many stressed out employees running around after orders done improperly or wrong. The over staffing and overstress of the employees calls for a bad attitude from said employees. I totally get why they’re not happy, who would want to work in an environment where you were running around stressed out constantly. Also, the food quality is different. I don’t know if things are being made differently by under trained employees or they just don’t put as much care and love into their prepping cook. It’s depressing because they’re essentially tarnishing the name of an awesome local brand. This is an amazing location, and they are ruining the 3 native reputation.
The perfectly made acai bowl and my wrap was delicious. Service was friendly and speedy. Hands down, best 3 natives around. Will return.
I haven't experienced the worst service ever in my life... I came back to the store to ask for the spinach wrap that I ordered, and everything that I received was a bad treat… how can that be possible?? I paid for it, and they got mad with me because I didn't want to eat the gluten-free wrap ?I haven't received any kind of: I am sorry we didn't have it, sorry we didn't let you know, or I am sorry that we didn't ask you if you prefer a bowl instead of a wrap… Or any kind of apologies, I just got a naughty treat from the Tatto and color hair lady that works in here, that I guess is the manager and from who I don't have the name. After I paid for my spinach wrap, she got mad because I didn't want the wrap they wanted me to take.. She continued asking for an email confirmation that I didn't have, but she had my name and could look in her system with it.. But she didn't like it and just treated me deplorably. She interrupted me when I was talking and told me she was doing me a FAVOR… This tattooed lady I don't have her name) is always a soooo unfriendly, but today, she was the rudest person I have ever seen working in a restaurant.I can't understand how people like her work in a good place like this.
