I eaten at the new Mario the Baker a few times now. It’s part of the Mario the Baker franchise that’s been around since 1969. I eaten at the new Mario the Baker a few times now. It’s part of the Mario the Baker franchise that’s been around since 1969. First off, if you like really good, thin crust, NY Style pizza, then MTB is the place for you. All the ingredients are top notch. I’ve also tried the Chicken Parm and the greek salad. Both were the best I’ve had since leaving NY 15 years ago! The best part is that it is family owned and they obviously have a real commitment to quality. The place is clean, comfortable, the prices are great, and you can’t find better Italian food at twice the price. I highly recommend it.
