I ordered online for pickup and upon arrival the parking lot was full, I pulled around to park on the street. When I walked inside noticing the rack was empty the poor employee frantically asked if I called in my order. After explaining my situation she said we need a few more minutes. I observed several other folks standing there looking frustrated so I said I'll come back. I was already later than the time quoted but knew they were very busy and they were all doing the very best they could. I waited in my car for awhile before checking back. Obviously excellent pizza if there's that many people waiting too. Great work today and everyday!
