Kfc - Junction City

This will be our final visit to this restaurant. We recently ordered food for delivery and the delivery person mentioned that he inquired about our drinks, only to be told that we didn't have any. We had ordered complete meals! Half the time, we are ignored at the counter or our food is given away when we go to pick it up.

I usually don't have any problems with this restaurant, but the other day, on Sunday, I stopped by to grab a snack for my kids before heading home. When I pulled up to the drive-thru speaker, no one answered. I even drove up to the window, but no one was there to take my order. This was the worst experience I have had at this place since I moved here. It seems like the service at this location is deteriorating every day.
