The Fern Leo Resort Club, Junagadh, Gujarat

We visited their restaurant called : Kesar. The ambience is quite good. The food was just amazing and all the staff were very humble. I specially want to mention Mr. Siddhant Pathak. He was very kind and humble. Kudos to The Fern for hiring a great staff.

What an lovely experience....very friendly staff and helping attitude.....a worth property to choose if u finding a good decent and beautiful place to stay. Special mention to the lovely staff girl SULATA.... beautiful smile and lovely attitude, coming all the way from Andaman islands....well done.....girl empowerment

Lovely hotel, Pros fabulous location, rooms have an amazing view of Girnar ranges. Very well designed rooms, lovely swimming pool , shallow for all of its length, a nice restaurant serving really well made vegetarian food. Cons more discounts available via other apps than are available at the hotel site or at it's location( bizzare). Menu at the restaurant is very very limited Service is extremely slow, on an non hectic week day our order took one full hour..no kidding, we almost left. The swimming pool looks great but suffers from chlorination in excess.....after a dip you will smell of chlorine for at least a day. Need multiple baths to get the smell off.

Terrible terrible terrible food. Stating that not through 2 experiences. First, we went their for my birthday dinner, staff was no where to be found, took forever to deliver the order and food was not at all of good taste. Second time also we had similar experience, just 2 guys managing service for whole restaurant. On top of it, the image shared is of green salad we ordered. Not enough quantity nor proper dressing. Talking about standard hotel standards of Fern, i have been to other branches but this one seem to be a dhaba with just a nice interior and properly dressed staff, that’s it.

We came driving in here looking for internet and lunch .. Uninterrupted Internet being more important as we had a very important meeting to be attended.. It was a great pleasure to see the response of the reception staff even without bothering whether the guests would be having lunch there not.. Clearly a service first approach Superb food, positive ambience, great vibes, supportive services, a must visit property.
