Mr. Manitas Taco And Fruteria - Julian

I was thrilled to discover this amazing restaurant! As someone who needs to avoid gluten and dairy, I have struggled to find options in Julian in the past. However, my visit to Mr. Manitas was a pleasant surprise. Not only do they offer gluten-free food, grass-fed and hormone-free meat, organic fruits, smoothies, and dairy-free milk for coffee, but everything was delicious as well. The owners were incredibly friendly and the restaurant is even dog-friendly. I am so excited to have found this gem in Julian and will definitely be returning. Thank you.

Love ride here from San Diego for a great taco or healthy salad and agua fresca. Now there's live music on the deck. This is really the best place to just hang around and chill, look over the oak trees or meet friends.

I had a wonderful afternoon with Mr. Manitas! I was there on Sunday. The food is excellent. Prices are very reasonable. The band was very good and entertaining. Great atmosphere for all ages! I highly recommend it.

This restaurant is a hit with families! We enjoyed every smoothie we sampled. Don't skip the Acai Bowl - they made it gluten-free just for us. The owners and staff provide excellent customer service. Plus, it's wonderful to have a play area for children, as well as a billiard table, air hockey, video games, a piano, and comfy couches on the premises.

These are the best chicken tacos I have ever tasted! We will definitely make this our regular spot in Julian from now on!
