It was annoying that we were informed once we sat that they were completely out of tri-tip instead of telling us during the wait time. I personally wouldn't recommend this place.

However, the standout was the waitress who provided exceptional service. The entire staff was incredibly kind and went above and beyond. Overall, the dine-in experience for dinner was priced between $20-30 per person.

Also ordered Fish and Chips? sooo good! The crunchy outer shell and the delicate white fish inside is tasty, notgreasy. It?s the ultimate comfort food!

Our serve... read more The customer service was just okay. The hostess/manager seemed to really be trying to make up for the lack of customer service her team could provide. Our server brought us waters and rushed us into ordering food right away because ?the kitchen is busy.? She didn?t even bother asking us for drink orders even though the tables next to us were able to order ciders, sodas, teas, andcoffees, etc. We had to ask the server to take drink orders, but even then, she didn?t ask the rest of our table of 7 if anyoneelse wanted anything other than water. The kitchen staff takes WAY too long to service an order. We waited over an hour forour orders, and what we got for what we waited for was terrible. The cooks seem inexperienced to cook what?s on therestaurant?s menu. The bbq ribs were not prepared correctly prior to cooking it. Once they believed the ribs were done, theydumped about a cup of barbecue sauce over it and called it a day. The country fried steak was covered in cooking oil, so therewas no apparent attempt to strain the food before they plated it. The ?baked beans? seemed (and tasted) like canned beans plusketchup. We made the mistake of going here because it also had a gift shop, but none of the items inside were local. You canfind all of the gift shop items at a gas station, and the gas station?s food would probably be better.
