Terrible rotation (2 slices of pizza and two mini burgers in 1:20 hours).. Horrible service (the owner takes turns being a cashier... Waitress, answering on the cell phone... and does everything poorly)... The pizza maker (alone).. makes pizza to serve delivery and the public present.... AND HE serves the pizza himself... Disastrous experience.... I left hungry and went to eat somewhere else..... And 0% discount even though I complained a lot... Do you want a tip???? THEY DON'T GO... IT'S NOT WORTH THE RODIZIO FOR ANYTHING... Parking: Central location... There are almost no vacancies..

The food was ok, but that's all it appears on social media. They focus on delivery and lack in-person service. When I went there were very few people and it still took another 1:30 for the mini burgers to arrive. The service left a lot to be desired and when I went the bathrooms were without water. I went to try the triple rotation. Firstly, it was written on Instagram that you had to make a reservation, WhatsApp doesn't respond (automatic response), the phone forgets because they don't answer. We went anyway and when we got there it took a while for us to be served. There was no one there when we arrived, as they were paying more attention to delivery, what we ordered took too long to arrive. A pizza came, soon after the potato, and the mini burgers only started to be made when the griddle was relieved of delivery orders. There is no one person to be in charge of the salon, it is the same person who works at the register, receives delivery orders and even packages them. One of two: either they dedicate themselves only to delivery or they hire people to serve the in-person cafeteria. The quality of the snack and pizza is not that good, I don't recommend it. Last observation, the bathroom had no water, creating a bad smell and it was not even possible to wash your hands in the sink.
