Nice snack with friendly staff and great selection of Asian dishes. Very pleasant prices! The order came quickly and completely, the portion sizes are appropriate. What User doesn't like about Saigon-bistro:
It's convient to go there and the meals came fast. However, I would like to put the focus on the quality: We had a good laugh because the ordered Bún Bò was the worst I could have imagined. The dish was prepared with a huge amount of flying goose (Sriracha) and soy sauce, the beef was cheap and the rice noodles were wrong. There were no coriander, peanuts, fresh ginger or carots. Very delicious bistro in the middle of downtown. There are enough seats outside as well as inside (also possible for larger groups). The service is very fast and the staff friendly, also many orders arrive correctly and very quickly. The spring rolls are very good and both pasta and rice dishes delicious. Nice side note: Our plentiful order even gave us watermelons at the end. It is very costly within the framework of a recommendation.

A classic small bistro for typical Vietnamese dishes. A special highlight is the extensive selection of sushi. Whoever loves sushi is not disappointed here. But also the selection of typical dishes is generous. All dishes are delicious and freshly prepared. Since Bistro is centrally located, just 50 meters from the market square (Rathaus). The bistro is run by a Vietnamese family. The atmosphere is friendly and pleasant. Therefore, 5 stars from Thomas, Rick, TC, Thomas Magnum and also from me deserved!
