Quaint and cozy restaurant where you can find really good home cooking. The service is always very friendly. We like coming here. Price/performance always top!

The city is definitely worth visiting and you should also visit the blacksmith shop.

A rustic restaurant with German and petty-bourgeois menu, prices are rather cheap, food and drinks are delicious, but also exactly what you expect. A recommendation if you're close. Child-friendly: There are numerous toys for different age groups. Service was also child-friendly

I wait every year for a baked duck. she was as gigantic as usual. I ate half a duck with potatoes and red cabbage, after which I couldn't move, but that was worth it.

This gastronomy is an absolute must food tip, operation mflink and very polite, very cozy flair. The name of the dishes on the map for the sights in Jüterbog is unique!! Super idiee

The inn is centrally located in Jüterbog city centre (50 km south of Berlin), on the eastern side of the market next to the old town hall. The original is the outdoor advertising: an old conductor car with blacksmiths and devils from the medieval legend of Jüterbog's blacksmith, who gave his name to the inn. The whole saga is extensive and can be read on the website of the inn. It is a forge that had come to prosperity in the army of Emperor Friedrich Barbarossa, had to fulfill his spirit of protection 3 desires, of course the wrong ones, and finally have so annoyed the dear God and the devil that he came neither into heaven nor into hell. So he moved to his emperor in the Kyffhausen, where he still awaits the revival of the emperor with Barbarossa. Directions: Jüterbog is located at the intersection of the federal roads 101, 102 and 115 and is therefore easily accessible to motorized visitors. There are also regional bus and rail connections. In the city, the short parking spaces and parking spaces should be considered urgent. The house: The old, today restored and renovated house was originally used as a residential and commercial building. The restaurant: In addition to the restaurant there is a beer garden, the tenne, the barn and the old German hall. The restaurant radiates a cozy atmosphere with its many wood and work. The decoration consists largely of old works and utility items. The menu: It is clear and offers a variety of dishes of regional and German good-bourgeois cuisine. During the naming for the courts, one has pointed a little to the saga and the history of the city: Devil's muzzle, actor, Flemingbahn, Luthereiche. ... Prices are in the middle area (from 3.30 €uro for soups up to 16.60 €uro for the most expensive main dish). In addition to the normal map there is a special map with international dishes (e.g. Hungarian boiler Gulasch and Swiss cheese fountain). There are also seasonal and day offers as well as desserts. Service: Friendly, polite, flash, always attentive, no waiting time. The food: If asparagus is, I can resist asparagus dishes very badly. So I took the seasonal asparagus with carvings and salt potatoes for 14,90 €uro. The waiting period was normal and was brewed with a piece of warm onion cake as a greeting from the kitchen. The part was not very large, but sufficient. The young asparagus was very good, but he would like 2 or 3 more bars. It was delicious. This is neither Hollandaise nor brown butter on the picture is due to my customer's request. I don't really like it. Conclusion: Very good and recommended restaurant. You're welcome.

Beautiful ambiente, very nice staff and super tasty eating. if it devours us back into the opposite, this restaurant is our first starting point!

We followed the recommendation of a local and were not disappointed: a rustic guest house with friendly hospitality. there was a positive surprise: a piece of homemade, fine plank cake as a greeting from the kitchen. the food was quite cheap the sweet late drink with salt cost 7.90 euros and was so sparingly salted that each cardiologist would have eaten before joy. the whole thing was generous with cheese, there was a repetition and aftertaste with the good old flour sweat, which was quite childhood memories. but here you can look at yourself and enjoy more than the foods that are almost lovingly decorated for fire-church conditions, but in any case generously portioned: in the dining room there are many memories of the old forging, such a bubble of the monstrous look! in front of the guest house remember an original sculpture and a text board to the young Bogers say of the smart who wants to be defeated and teuf.

My wife and I make better food at home, if you like processed food out of a frozen packet then this is your place other than that steer clear and maybe...

The inn is located next to the centenary town hall of Jüterbog on the eastern side of the market square. The old ladder car falls in the eye with the forge and the devil from the medieval saga, which gave his name to the inn. The inn with restaurant, beer garden, tenne, barn and old hall is located in an old residential and commercial building. The restaurant overlooking the late Gothic town hall is very cozy with the work, the many wood and equipment from the past. The not too extensive menu offers dishes of German and regional cuisine with intermediate prices (maximum 16.60 euros). There is also a small international special map as well as daily and seasonal offers. Since the asparagus season had just begun, I decided to offer the seasonal offer: asparagus with carvings and salt potatoes, sauce Hollandaise or brown butter, the whole for 14.90 euros. To bridge the normal waiting period, a little warm onion cake was added as a greeting from the kitchen. The asparagus court was very good, but I found 4 bars asparagus for the price very clear. But everything tasted very delicious. The numerous service was friendly and beautiful and always attentive. Recommended restaurant.
