The application restaurant allows students at TECOMAH school to put into practice the knowledge they acquire during their courses. The kitchen, the service and the bar are therefore held by students, who will give them the best, under the wise gaze of their teachers. Anyone can use it as a guinea pig. As I went there as part of a professional lunch, I had not to take care of the reservation, but apparently we have to go there long in advance. Indeed, we eat well, and for cheap, it seems to me (35€ . The menu is unique. I didn't take a photo, but for us it was: Egg poached on the crushed potato (simple but very well prepared Cabillaud with the dieppoise accompanied by rice (well prepared as well, although a more elaborate accompaniment would have been appreciated Tarte cheese plate with the meringue lemon (on the other hand, cooking problem of the dough that was all hard Café gourmand In terms of service, students take care of you. It's almost comic. Another interesting thing: teachers are almost transparent, and it's nice. I imagine it may be awkward to be near a pupil rising up his shoulders by his teacher because he did evil or manip by doing the service.
