We had a mobile order for 2 footlongs. Let me say this, yes, everyone has a bad day but what I picked up was downright horrible. One of the sandwiches, The Boss, was burned beyond belief. It was charred black all the way through. Out of the toppings we asked for only two jalapeños were on the sandwich. The other one, The Beast, was also burned and no toppings we asked for were on it, but we did one topping we didn't order. I mean come on, you don't have lettuce and tomato? Since this was a mobile order, I feel the worker didn't care how they came out because we were just going to pick up and leave. When I did pick them up, noone was in the store and the male worker was sitting down using his phone.

I had a really unpleasant experience at the Subway on zanderson ave recently. The manager with glasses was not only odd in her behavior but also had a noticeable and unpleasant smell. Her mannerisms were off-putting, and she seemed uninterested in helping. The whole experience was uncomfortable and not up to the usual Subway standards. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as it really impacted my visit.
