After two visits and over $100 spent, we are still not impressed and won’t be returning. My wife saw a comment on Facebook from Joshua Page suggesting we give them another chance and that they would make it right. That turned out to be a joke. When we mentioned it to the waitress, she seemed completely unaware and said the owner wasn’t there. At that point, I should have just left, but we decided to order from the limited options available since it was only 5:15 PM. The person slicing the meat clearly didn’t know what lean sliced beef is supposed to be; it was fatty, stringy, and just not good. We definitely won’t be spending any more money here! Both visits were disappointing and too expensive for food that was inedible, and I won't even get started on the ribs. Shaking my head.

It's a relief they shut down, as they started strong but quickly declined! When a restaurant is run entirely by kids without proper oversight, it doesn't take long for things to go south. Ultimately, it led to their closure.

The ribs were amazing—extremely tender and juicy. I had the beans, but I wasn't too fond of them. However, the smoked mac and cheese was delicious. The owner is very friendly, and the atmosphere is great. Plus, the food is reasonably priced.

They have a large sign (8 1/2 x 11) advertising a Senior Discount for customers over 60. However, when I checked my receipt, I noticed that we didn’t receive the discount, even though all three of us are over 70. When I inquired about it, the cashier, who appeared to be new, said she wasn’t aware of the policy. A larger man nearby mentioned that the discount is only 10%, so it wouldn’t be a significant amount. Since I spent over $56, I pointed out that it would actually amount to more than $5. He just laughed and dismissed my concern, saying that wasn’t much. I suppose he often encounters customers who spend that much on dinner, so he doesn’t mind losing my business. I definitely won’t be returning to give him any more of my money.

K S Bar-B-Q has one of the best tasting pork ribs there is in central Texas. You get a good amount for the price. Amazing. Keep up the good work guys.
