Greek restaurants in Germany tend to have a strong focus on the meat, although there was calamari and Greek salad/dips as non-meat alternatives, so I guess the restaurant was good.

Try the Duckstein beer, it went really well with the meal. Greek restaurants in Germany tend to have a heavy focus on the meat, although there were calamari and Greek salad/dips as non-meat alternatives, so for this reason I am rating the restaurant 'good'.

So locals got directly at the we... read more The cook was really troubled and there was nothing to put out at the food. Only the female service is not as welcome as locals. So locals got directly at the welcome and we didn't even offer an Ouzo. Even a 30-minute empty beer glass did not find any attention at the service where I had to go to the vault to ask for the bill. Too bad that the really good food the totally misoccupied waitress does not allow a good evaluation. In any case, we are no longer here:

The portions... read more This was our first time at Taverna Hellas and we really enjoyed it. The food was delicious, and the service was incredibly friendly and attentive. The portions were quite generous, and we also appreciated the selection of side dishes. It was a nice change of pace. The only downside was that the portion of baby calamari was a bit small. We'll definitely be back.
