Been to Japan and many ramen places. Taka’s ramen is def one of the best in Europe! It’s worth the wait
Gezellige en knusse huiskamersfeer. Raamen okonomiyaki waren heerlijk, gemaakt door Japanse chef Taka. Ik kom zeker nog eens terug.
The best ramen I had in Europe! It really made me feel like I was back in Japan. Great food, great chef and great waitress. An experience that I want to go through every time I'll visit Amsterdam!
Most ramen shops (and most Japanese restaurants) in the Netherlands don't really taste like genuine Japanese food. Taka is an exception, you can get proper ramen here, and great okonomiyaki.
