Fries are awesome, but their signature Belgian beef stew varies very often. Sometimes, it's watery other times way too thick. But if you stick to the classics like mayo, satesauce, ketchup etc etc, you are in for a for a bombastic fry. Crunchy with enough potato softness inside to be for me the best fry in 020. Service is always with a smile , but not so chill if it's busy and with lots of online orders as well. Staff can be a bit snappy to the delivery people, and the delivery people can be snappy back. Alongside that, there are the walkins which just on their own are not the kind that take kindly waiting on a bag of fries. Dutch and the fried potato have this weird symbiotic relationship, top it with mayo and onions too. I'll keep buying my fries there if I'm in the area.
Its local and the only reason I use this place. So frustrating there is always guaranteed something incorrect with the order. This ranges from kibbleing instead of fish that I expected, missing piece of main meal (how could you forget the chicken), to a family bag of chips full of crispy ends and bits and no chips. If you're hungry go for it as its potluck what quality of food you will get I have now updated my review since change in ownership now perfect in all regards
