We waited for 2 hours to get the starter, which is a bad thing on its own but to add to this, the people next to us got their foor within half an hour. The staff was laughing a lot when things didn't go as intended. However, food itself was alright but for the price the dish was a bit too small. To end on a positive note, the view was amazing and we were treated with a big lightning and thunder show.

The rooms sadly wesentlich, it looks really nice on the pictures but after beeing 25 years Old there are by now Lots of Things that need to be redone. Some Things are even might be dangerous.

The restaurant is located on th... read more Went here with restaurant week. A great deal, 4 course dinner for only 30 eu pp! The staff was very friendly, helpful and funny. The restaurant is located on the 18th floor which gives a really great view on the surrounding area! Since the restaurant is round, it’s better to walk around when there’s no one at the entrance, since the staff are more located near the kitchen. The food was good and we especially enjoyed the desserts. I ordered the sweet surprise dessert of the chef. The waiter recommended that one too and he wasn’t kidding that it was good. It was a sweet dessert with pear inside of it and it just melts away in the mouth. My husband ordered the cheeses, and these were also high quality cheese. We’re big cheese fans. Overall had a lovely time here!

We had a reservation and I asked can we sit on a table overlooking the lake view it happens to be that if you want your table to overlook the lake you have to specifically point it in the reservation form. Although we had a very special occasion to celebrate. Then we were waiting for our wine at least 15 minutes...after which time the waiter came to tell us that he cannot find this wine and we can choose another one...OMG. With our second choice, we got bottle of wine after five minutes. We ordered soup. The soup was served without spoons. I had to ask for spoons. We ordered our desserts and we were waiting at least 20 minutes. And on top of it, when we wanted to pay they completely messed up our bill so they had to do it again...Their excuse was they have problem with their system why should I care about this. I am a customer and I expect good service not some lame excuses. The food was tasty but the overall experience was not pleasant. Do not waste your time to go there.
