Mcdonald's - Joplin

Everytime I go thru this drive-thru I end up waiting on food. They are never prepared. One of the poorest managed McDonald's in our area. Will not be going back.

Lobby was open so I walked in. After a few minutes of waiting I was told I had to go order out in the window. I told em I’m a truck driver but the women insisted I had to wait outside in line with the cars. What a joke I’ll take my money elsewhere.

Fast, friendly and good food. Was happy with our order and the employees were really friendly and professional.

Waited for a long time only to get meal i did nkt order. the people seemed like they were new for everything. hamburger had much too much ketchup and senf fries cold atmosphere was super dirty. I never eat so bad at mcdonalds. food: 1/5

We live directly from this mcdonald’s and we decided to drive 10-15 minutes to another. that eating is never prepared, must always wait, my friend and I'm just here for sweet tee. They told us on the first window that it would be a past and then let us pay. next window they told us they don't have a sweet tee. when I told them I don’t drink soda and we just paid on the other window, the worker suddenly said) “if they wait 5 minutes we can have it from them.” we thought it was strange because they told us how they are not made a sweet tee in the situation, then a few seconds later they can make it. we waited the 5 minutes and it tasted literally like contaminated water without sugar. not even close to sweet tee. I only come here for sweet tee several times and other mcdonalds. my friend tried and had to spit it back into the rough because it was so bad. to another mcdonalds!
