We haven't been to this Logan's in years but have been several times. We've always been satisfied with the food and service offered. Tonight I decided on the ha... read more We haven't been to this Logan's in years but have been several times. We've always been satisfied with the food and service offered. Tonight I decided on the half rack with baked beans and coleslaw, also, I added on the shrimp because I was in the mood for a little seafood with my BBQ (weird I know) but had I known my 7 dollars would only bring me 5 small shrimp I would have passed or just gotten seafood, you can see the size in the pictures. Everything but the coleslaw was excellent. The coleslaw was possibly the worst I've ever had, completely bland, like what you might expect from a hospital or prison... literally cabbage and maybe mayonnaise, not sure exactly what it was...but salt and pepper didn't even help it. Everything else, including the service was top notch.

Our server, Sarah, was constantly looking at her app... read more Been awhile since we have been here. We ordered a French dip, teriyaki chicken, Roadhouse burger a rib eye. Our server, Sarah, was constantly looking at her apple watch to check messages, telling us how there are no breaks here and how she 's so tired and not enough help here. When the orders came the French dip was cold 2 of the meals were supposed to have waffle fries...our server made it clear we did not order that. But the choices were waffle fries or chips and they said fries. Good Customer service would be to say no problem I 'll get waffle fries...not you didn 't order that . We won 't be back. I understand good workers are hard to find in this pandemic, so maybe offer more hourly and get better quality staff.
