Ihop - Joplin

We like ihop because it is open 24 hours a day. they have the new plant-based sausage, which is great because we are vegetarian and normally do without the meat option, while still have to pay for it, i.e. a plant-based alternative rocks. we had problems with our eating, but after she had brought it to the attention of the manager, she went out of her to make it right for us. we will be absolutely back.

Tonight, I went to the ihop with my friend. the other customers were quite rude, but I would like to give our waitress anna p a big scream. She wasn't just very helpful, but she could put up some idiots.

I ordered the lemon berry crepe. but it was too sweet for me. So they let me change it to the Spinat-Pilz-Omette, which is my normal order. but I wanted something new and new. my sweet tooth is not so sweet anymore.

This IHOP had very friendly service however the food was not prepared quite as well as what I have come to expect at other locations. This experience left me a little disappointed.

I've always enjoyed Ihop. I was a little disappointed that the bill had suggestions for gratuity. I am a good tipper when it's earned so pretty much always but I don't like this on the ticket. The ladies were very very sweet and got a nice tip regardless of how I feel about this being on the ticket.
