Since the move to joplin, caroline’s has become one of my fav places to go to the weekends....and sometimes also the weekdays! they love their ice and the choic... read more Since the move to joplin, caroline’s has become one of my fav places to go to the weekends....and sometimes also the weekdays! they love their ice and the choice. of which I have not seen any more for decades (e.g. superman and blunt ice cream.) the only big quip I have is that they were closed at least several places when I went past and the hours listed on google and in the restaurant itself that they should be open. I understand that the things are unexpected, but gas is too expensive to waste today! if they give a warning if they are closed, that would be very nice. also the prices here, as quite everywhere else, to serve milk products, have risen drastically, as I moved to jomo in the januar. I have found that it is a good idea to not consider the prices that are handwritten on the chalkboard behind the register and on the display tassen / cone on the theke, on the main board behind the ice counter, to avoid any cash surprises despite the above problems, I will continue to be a shield of caroline’s and I recommend it!

The chocolate was de... read more I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! While the menu items may be a bit pricey, it is a special establishment and to be expected. The chocolate was delicious and the ice cream was outstanding. I am thankful my friend and I chose to dine here instead of elsewhere. The building is gorgeous, with a stunning art gallery in the hallway. The staff at both the restaurant and gallery were friendly and polite. The restaurant was clean and the dishes were well-prepared and stored properly. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend stopping by for a visit.
