Burger King - Joplin

The experience was disappointing. The staff member asked us to wait but never returned to take our order, and we ended up sitting there for 10 minutes. It's frustrating to feel like our time is being wasted. It seemed clear that there was no intention to let us place an order. It might be a good idea to invest in better staff to improve service.

This restaurant is surely the slowest fast food place I've ever encountered. When I arrived and approached the ordering speaker, I was told to hold on while they got back to me. After several minutes of waiting, someone finally came on to take my order. Then, when I got to the window, it felt like everyone was moving in slow motion. By the time I received my food, it was already half cold. I definitely do not recommend this location; it's the worst Burger King I've ever been to.

We live 65 miles from Joplin. My wife had a doctor's appointment there, and she was really looking forward to having a Whopper, as it's her favorite. She ordered one, excited to enjoy it later. However, when she opened it, she was disappointed to find that it only contained a hamburger patty—nothing else.

I do not like hamburguers at McDonalds Wendy's or other place and when I wanted one, I only like Burger King for the taste of the meat, the tomato and letuche, the crunchy fries and the staff very friendly.I live at webb city and I do not know why you closed the one at Madison in Webb City, now I meed to drive 20 to 25 minutes only to get my hamburguer????

Whopper Jr. Was really good. The onion rings were not really that hot, but ok.The service wasfriendly and very efficient.
