Peaberry's - Joondalup

The food was bland, no flavour, and a very generic menu. The staff was so rude. The over charged me and told the extra charge was for "their service", even though the menu price was cheaper than what they charged. I will not recommended to anyone.

Partner and I came for breakfast. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Table service was fast and efficient. The atmosphere was promising with the amount of customers seated. Unfortunately the let was the poor quality of food! Pancakes were well undercooked and doughy & The cream had been over whipped into butter. My "Cappuccino" was in fact not. I receive a cup of quite obvious, plunged coffee, with a scooping of foamed milk on top. My partners all day breakfast looked fulfilling yet consisted of dry overcooked sausages, cold bacon rashers, cold toast and an unpromising looking tomato. This place has a great location but the let down has definitely been the food in this instance.

We go there regularly for breakfast and we cant fault them. Service and food is top notch and very reasonably priced.  Seating arrangements leave plenty of room to get in and out of your seat.

Love this place so friendly. The owners n other staff go out of their ways to accommodate diners our regular place to go when at lakeside shops

This place is pretty good value for money, and the food is nice. The coffee isnt the best thing ever, but the pancakes are tops and decently priced too.
