I would suggest that if the customer service is not their high point, KFC drive may not be the job for them. no, no, no, thank you, monotone vote. shande. chicken burger and bung stale and not hot, chips stale. terrible and not the ridiculous price worth.
Previously, to come here, something has changed and now they get orders wrong 95% of the time. He tried to complain to the manager, he told me he would follow me and call me back after he had abandoned my details that have never happened. when I ordered either online or drive them thru when I had to go back and repair my order, the staff was not care and the eating was evil.
Pretty bad hygiene and long wait to be served. Chicken soggy, oily and salty, they had gotten my orders wrong numerous time. Workers there are rude.
Pulled up in the drive threw. orderd a zinger box then asked what drinks you have sugar free ok orange juice apple juice and water mmm ok do you have coke zero. no sorry ok do you have pepsi max. yes but you don't want sugar its ok ill take a pepsi max thank you
