I haven't visited a Hungry Jack's in years, and after my recent experience at this location, I won't be returning anytime soon. The chips were cold, dry, and flavorless, tasting like they were reheated from a long time ago. The Whopper was dry and the bun was flaky, making me wonder if I should have just eaten the wrapper instead. Save your money and skip this place.
I ordered my food from an unhelpful and miserable person at the register, who then placed my food on the counter and called out what it was before walking away to chat with a friend. The dining room was dirty and there were food scraps on most tables, making it difficult to find a seat. When I unwrapped my burger, it looked terrible and I wasn't sure if I should eat it or donate it to science. I struggled to put together something edible from the mess and eventually gave up after a few bites, focusing instead on the fries. The tables were still covered in trash, making for a disappointing visit.
Popped in with the grand children a few weeks ago. Good to see that not all Hungry Jacks stores are cesspits. This one is well managed and clean unlike some that are not
The toilets in this place are horrible, the overall presentation of the restaurant is poor and the staff are extremely rude. No smiling or manners, gosh if you hate your job so much do everyone a favor and leave!
