Eating was good, but the service was slow. waits half an hour to serve and we are sitting next to the waitress

Fantastic!! First time diners here! Food came out quickly and we all loved our meals, just so fresh!. Chipotle chicken tacos were sooo good!! cocktails were perfect! Staff were super friendly so a awesome night out celebrating a birthday. Definitely coming back!!

Kept waiting for an hour only to be told they run out of the food we ordered then when we received our food it was small portions, wasted $210 and a night out never will come back here again!

We visited TGI Fridays Joondalup shortly after it opened and were disappointed at that time. However, we decided to give it another try. The staff was welcoming and friendly when we arrived, and our drinks were served promptly and accurately. We ordered a variety of appetizers and mains to come together, but had to ask twice where the missing starters and mains were. We requested a well-done burger, but it was still pink in the middle and all the fries were overcooked and hard. Overall, it was another disappointing experience at TGI Fridays Joondalup. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.

I had a great experience at TGIF. The food and service were excellent.
