Restaurant Sam Sam - Jonquière

This restaurant has not really evolved since the 1980s. I haven't been there for 20 years and the only improvements that have been made are the addition of fresh amhi and the cute net grill. the cleanliness of the grill is extremely disappointing. I would never serve a steak on my bbq if the grills were as dirty as those of the sam sam. I would say that the waitress was tired to apologise his service / his non-existent listening so of very poor quality. We would have been better off without her. She was just looking forward to leaving. payment of the bill for 4 adults was really weird, we have to say the % of tip to the person at the reception. I've never done this in 20 years. It'll take another 20 years before I go back. I suggested to the attendant around the buffet to have boxes indicating the kind of pie that were served. No listen, his answer is that he's here to tell us what's served. a rest of the crushed sugar pie and we ask to change. ha no, thank you. pies on aluminum plates is really 1980. Never again.

This restaurant may not offer the best Chinese buffet in the world but it is certainly the best in saguenay! the place is clean and the service is correct, no more. They offered a brunch on Sunday that was still good but they stopped.
