Boston Pizza - Jonquière

My take-out order was made on-time, but looking very sad. They just taste like chicken nuggets with no flavour at all. They look as though they had been sitting under a heat lamp for a very long time... I've lived in 4 provinces, each with their own Boston pizza, and have never encountered something that looked so unappetizing.

Food was good and just what you expect with Boston Pizza but the service was terrible. Took close to 15 minutes to get served, the guy that arrived after me and sat at the table next to me was served before me. Once the waitress arrived I ordered a drink and my meal and never saw the waitress again as she was too busy hanging out with her friends. I would have enjoyed a second beer... I won't be back.

A simple 2 for 1 drink is generally pretty simple but our server found a way to make it complicated... I gave 2 stars because the food was ok. I would not recommend that restaurant because of its bad service.

Don’t waste your time or money. Found a hair in my food, waiter simply removed a beer from my total, being happy hour 2 for 1 didn’t make much sense. After mentioning that, he removed the meal from my total but should I not have needed to ask. Next time in town, it’ll be a hard pass for me.

This restaurant is new and I believe it has replaced the old trendy restaurant that was previously in the hotel. The decor is very beautiful and the place is spacious. I tried the house red wine and found it to be good for a house wine, so I ordered a second glass. I also ordered the spaghetti with Marinara sauce and meatballs. The spaghetti was good, but unfortunately the meatball was extremely tasteless. Hopefully they will learn that a meatball cannot just be meat - it needs bread crumbs, romano cheese, egg, and spices to make it fluffy and delicious, not a hard, chewy, tasteless piece of rubber.
