What a gem in the Hill Country! I went for the hot chicken, and it was fantastic. The Queenso Appetizer and fried pickles are simply the best. My family loves the burgers and fries as well. Was in the area and this place is great! You order at the bar and they text you when your order is ready. Great selection of beers and staff are very friendly. The music playing was loud , but it is a bar.. I could see that a duo was getting ready for live music. It was after lunch so there were plenty of available tables inside and out. I ordered the hot chicken sandwich and the deviled eggs. The deviled eggs were good and topped with a fried pickle. The chicken sandwich was Huuuuuge! I mean the meat hung outside the entire bun... the curly fries were hit and fresh... the food was delicious, the beer was great and the live music was awesome!! Highly recommend this place!!
So chilled, dog-friendly and great outdoors seating in the shade of the trees. Has live country music on a lazy Sunday afternoon. Chatted with the friendly staff. Food portions are well-priced and of decent size. Definitely coming back again.
The overall atmosphere, layout, concept, esthetic, design can 't be beat. Service was friendly and inviting. I could 've hung out there until closing, but the food and the music just didn 't cut it. The food is messy, I mean the hot chicken sandwich was way too large for the bun and the breadng on it was so thick, it was falling off while I was eating it. The fries that accompany the sandwich, were curly fries (think of Arby 's). The nachos are also messy with too much refried black beans on them... just not a good look and overwhelmed the chips. Taste of food was okay, but definitely nothing to write home about, and I don 't know about you, but I don 't want my food to be food to be sloppy . The music playing out in the patio was so good (classic rock) and the sound system awesome. I was in the zone on their patio with my very good frozen margarita, enjoying the amazing atmosphere and music, and then boom, they streamed in the live music from inside and it instantaneously killed my buzz. I would only go back for the drinks and to hang out on the patio before the band gets started, unless I knew for sure it was a band I would enjoy. My suggestion would be to leave the live music for the inside, and leave other music playing outside. This would give folks a choice of music to listen to (in case the band is not to your liking).

In times when it's important to be mindful of spending, this place will definitely become a regular spot for my family. It's an affordable and comfortable place to hang out!
The patio is incredible! Did you know there's a mini dog park? The ambiance is fantastic, and the back patio is lovely; plus, the bar inside the bus is a great touch. We went on a Saturday and enjoyed live music, which added to the experience. The crowd is friendly, and the food is delicious. It's no surprise that the parking lot is always packed! This place is definitely a must-visit if you're heading to Lago Vista or traveling down 1431.
