Burger King - JONESBOROUGH

Onion rings were not cooked enough. Original chicken was greasy. Update.. Ordered 2 chicken fries and 2 French fries . They pulled me out of drive thru to wait. Got home ,they gave me nuggets instead of chicken fries. How hard is it to get to get my order right ? Geez.

The only fast food place that usually gets your order right every time. Plus when they give you ketchup they give you Heinz simply ketchup which means it doesn't have any high fructose corn syrup in it. Kudos to you Burger King! Which by the way is way better than McDonald'

I do not plan on returning to this Burger King in Jonesborough. The woman who must have been the manager was running the cash register and she wouldn 't let me do 2 separate orders in drive thru with the person I was with. She said and I quote It won 't let me do 2 separate orders. Lies. Because I 've been to other Burger King 's and they had no problem with doing 2 separate orders. Her attitude about it was rude as well. How is that any different than the one behind me placing an order? Take an order, total it up, then take another.

You can’t beat a good ole whopper but the bacon king is a lot of burger and worth every bite!

I would just like everyone to know how a person can go above and beyond after my door dash was delivered and I realized my child's burger was not in the bag. Door Dash was no help at all. I called the Burger and spoke with a manager(didn't get her name tonight) and she went above and beyond for my child. Not only did she use her personal Door Dash to get my child's food delivered, but she sent out the burger and gave us another drink and fries. I just want to say thank you for doing everything you did tonight to make the order right and complete!
