I have to say, it didn't disappoint! Be sure to try their breakfast sandwiches on brioche. You'll thank me later—it feels like a cloud in your mouth. The prices are a bit high, but given the current inflation, it's understandable. View all feedback.
What John C doesn't like about Panera Bread:
Used to have great customer service until they installed the self service order stations. Now, if you have a cash payment, you have to stand there for 5-10 minutes, getting blank stares from everyone behind the counter (even one of the managers) until one of them decides they want to notice your existence and help you. I was very disappointed in the lacking customer service on this visit. View all feedback.

We ordered a cinnamon roll and a muffin at 7 am on Saturday morning. They didn’t warm them up. The cinnamon roll tasted funny and I asked for a blueberry muffin and got a pumpkin without warning. I was not impressed.
Husband went through the drive through to pick up my lunch today (3/29/23) ordered a pick 2 with upsize to a bowl of French onion soup. Also asked for 1/2 sandwich got a whole one Got a cup of soup instead. When I called the manager was hung up on initially then when I called back was told he ordered the pick 2 and it doesn't come with a bowl and you can get it with a bowl. I told him I order it all the time with a bowl and he then said it would be an upcharge (which I'm aware of since I get it all the time) and we have to request it. I again told him that we did. Was also told the sandwich I ordered wasn't available in a half size, which I'm ok with, if they would have told us, but I'll just say, I would not pay $17 for this sandwich with 12 pepperoni and cheese and a cup of soup ever again and the management was very rude.
This is one of the better fast casual chains, in my opinion. They have nice selections for all meals or snacks. If you have sensitivities or allergies they take great care in not cross contaminating your food. The pastries, sandwiches, and soups are all good. They even have some pre-boxed pastries available for purchase in the store. They offer a drive-thru, curbside, and in-store pickup. Overall, not a bad spot for a quick bite to eat. Edit: This place can get expensive for a fast, casual restaurant. I ordered a pick 2 lunch combo with a chicken sandwich, soup, and a drink and it was nearly $20.
The last 3 or 4 times I've gone they've been out of broccoli and cheese soup. It's the only reason I come here.
