Contribute FeedbackI have visited this location of On The Border only a few times since it opened a few weeks ago, and I have already had two meals there - one for lunch and one for dinner. Like any new restaurant in Jonesboro, it was crowded during both of my visits, but I only had to wait about 15 minutes on average. The interior is beautiful, tastefully decorated, and clean (since it's still very new). They have a spacious full bar and offer about ten beers on tap. All of the staff were friendly, although some seemed new to their jobs. During one of my visits, my server seemed a bit unsure, even asking "Do we even have it?" when I ordered something from the menu. However, I believe they will improve with time. The wait time for food is slightly above average for a casual dining experience - I waited about 45 minutes during one visit. I believe this will also improve as they settle in. The food itself was tasty and properly prepared. The salsa was especially good, and they kept bringing more as we enjoyed our meal. Overall, I was pleased with my visit. While there are areas for improvement, considering that the entire staff has been working for less than a month, I believe it will only get better in the coming weeks. I will definitely be back.
