What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
The food was good. Staff, even managers extremely rude. I ordered two 20 Nuggets. You asked spicy or regular? I asked regularly. You drive thru visitor repeats my order and even the board reflects regularly. I couldn't eat the spy and the other three who were divided. I told the manager the next day and he wouldn't give me c4edit on the 2 20 pieces I just ordered or for a later order. Remember that. We order all nigh... View all feedback.
This particular location has beat all other McDonald's food to shame hands down. I got the 4 for $4, my husband got the double quarter pounder with cheese all the way large and our son got the spicy McChicken Sandwich all the way large. Of course we all got a Coke to drink. I'm very impressed with the freshness of the food and cleanliness of the restaurant. The staff was sweet and very professional!

McDonald's on Southwest Dr.. in Jonesboro Arkansas. Service is terrible at night. Drive thru lines can sit still up to five minutes sometimes.. Some of the night managers and supervisors have no respect.. Don't care ... This was in my son's sandwich..... I wasn't the only customer returning food that night. The manager running shift that night was very rude.. I now drive to Nettleton Caraway location or Red Wolf or should I say Stadium.... I'm so done dealing with Southwest location... ??....Oh and McDonald's on Johnson in Jonesboro Arkansas has Great Service. All Day Every Day... Always Hot and Fresh...

Food tastes like it?s been sitting out all day. Workers are EXTREMELY rude. This used to be the best McDonald?s in town. I understand it?s not everyone?s ideal place to work and we?re all stressed but a little pride and kindness goes a long way. No need to be so rude to complete strangers. Probably management issues. This has been a repeat issue. No longer eat at any McDonald?s in town.
