I don 't post reviews for hotels but this place was amazing. We got there super late at night after driving we were checked in by a gentleman. He was great! We got in our room took a shower, I didn 't even have to use my soap, the soap they provide was not hotel soap we paid 10 for breakfast we had to get it before 10am they had all kinds of choices. Nothing over the top great. It's in an alright area not by a lot besides banks. But you are around the corner of everything in the area. The rooms were good. The 3 stars are for the beds they are really nice and comfortable. They charge you extra for breakfast which for me is an issue. Being it's nothing special. Paid king suite turned into a queen. The bed was lumpy and bumpy. The microwave wasn't plugged in. For over $200 you'd think you would get what you paid for. Not here. The front desk was awesome, but the help needs alot of work.
As a diamond member I expect a certain level from Hilton properties. My room was not up to expectations. I was in a suite. In the living area the light bulbs were going out. If I wanted to sit there is was dark except for the light of the tv. I the shower I had the choice of soap shampoo Or lotion. No conditioner, and who uses lotion in the shower? The sink again had no soap a to was your hands after using the restroom, but had another bottle of hand lot. I received no bottled water and had to ask for regular coffee since only decaffeinated was left in the room. I am pretty much done with my loyalty to Hilton. I travel for a living and it looks like Marriot might be my better option. Please don’t respond to this with how sorry you are. I deserve a refund. Oh and to top it off the shampoo in the shower had hair all over it…. Not mine

Checked in 1st room found a hole in my bathroom ceiling. Shower chord was so short I couldn't stand under it or use it as a hand held. Room was covered in cigarette smoke. Changed rooms to find my refrigerator don't work and my shower flooded. Hotel staff at breakfast was rude and tried to charge me 12.50 for nasty breakfast. We hate writing poor reviews but they absolutely misled us and had no sympathy for the misunderstanding. My wife, dog and I are military moving through the area. We stopped in Jonesboro for one night and upon speaking to the gentleman working the desk he explained to us that they had a military discount and offered free breakfast. After telling us the standard fees we agreed and he told us a final price significantly less than what they ended up charging us. We came to find out the following morning that the breakfast was not free, they didn’t offer a military discount, and the charge was almost $90 more than was was told to us the previous night. The lady at the desk in the morning offered no sympathy, did absolutely nothing for us, and blamed it on the previous guy.Would not recommend this hotel purely off of principal. The team misled us and didn’t care at all. There are plenty of hotels in the area. Go somewhere else!
