Golden Corral Buffet Grill - Jonesboro

This food was plain nasty I was here under 3 minutes and tried a baked potatoe with sour cream and cheese popcorn shrimp and a steak medium well all of it was horrible left a bad after taste in my mouth I came here 4 a dinner party now I have 2 pay 2 eat somewhere else after I've paid 15.53 to eat here and I was unsatisfied and unable 2 even be accommodated I've came here in the past and had a great experience but this is awful I'll be calling my bank since I used my bank card since in fact I was unable 2 eat here I feel like management should of handled this matter but clearly they were too busy this is not customer service at all the employees are not even suitable 4 there positions and this has left a bad taste in my mouth the least that could b done is a refund seriously

I ordered a family of four meals. Great value for the amount of food we receive. In addition to the main dish that includes dinner rolls cookies for dessert. The order was hot for picking up when I arrived at the restaurant. We will definitely use the option to go back.

Have not eaten at this point or for this matter in years because the quality of food and the purity of the restaurant. But a good friend of mine had told me how things had changed and that he often eats in the restaurant. So when he suggested we eat there for lunch, I said something disgusting Yes. Much to my surprise, the restaurant was much cleaner when I remember in recent years that it proudly displayed a Heath score of 100. Even the toilet was very clean. The food on the bars looked very fresh and I was pleasantly surprised how delicious everything was. I usually do not eat in buffet restaurants because of the quality of food and cleanliness, but this place won me back as a customer. Our waitress was very friendly and never left our glasses empty. This place has won me again as a costumer. I hope they continue to provide the same quality of food and services.

The items I got off the buffet were good and hot; roast beef, sweet potatoes, pork chops etc. The server Dianne not so friendly but she kept are cups full. The others servers were a bit rowdy with each other and some of the patrons and that was annoying. Management need to address that type of rowdy, ratchet behavior. I will return.

Family and I came in At 7 paid full price. But received half the menu. The kitchen decided to stop bringing out hot fresh food at 755. I’m disappointed because I came here for the options and feel like I was ripped off. My server tracie was great. Kudos
